In the Orbentara online store, you can conveniently purchase our products and have them delivered directly to your specified address.

We offer the following payment methods:

🏦 SEPA direct debit

Through our payment partner Klarna, you can pay for your order immediately using SEPA direct debit or instant bank transfer.

SEPA direct debit/Instant bank transfer

Once the goods are shipped, the order amount will be automatically debited from your bank account within 3 days. You will receive the invoice by email on the day of delivery. Klarna may store your bank details to facilitate future payments.

Instant bank transfer

Instant bank transfer allows you to make a payment directly using your online banking login credentials. Upon completion of the transaction, the Seller receives immediate payment confirmation and can start processing the order.

The Seller accepts the order by sending a shipping confirmation email or by shipping the goods within 7 days. Only at this point does the purchase agreement become binding. You will receive an invoice after the goods are shipped.

💳 Credit Card / Debit Card

When paying by credit or debit card, the order amount will be debited immediately after completing the order placement process.

For security reasons, you may need to enter the CVV/CVC security code found on your payment card when making a payment. We also use appropriate security standards for payments, including the PCI DSS standard.

📱 Google Pay

We also offer fast and convenient payments via Google Pay.

To use Google Pay, add your credit or debit card to Google Wallet and then select Google Pay when completing your order. You will be redirected to the Google Pay page to confirm the payment. The order amount will be debited from the selected payment card.

🍎 Apple Pay

If you are using the Safari web browser or an iOS device, you can also pay with Apple Pay.

🧾 Klarna Installment Payment

We offer the option of installment payments through Klarna.

Before completing your purchase, you can review the relevant terms, deadlines, and payment schedule directly on the Klarna website.

How it works

When completing your order, select "Installment payment". After placing the order, Klarna will verify your details in real-time. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
